El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Málaga rechaza la municipalización de Limasa – Málaga 24h TV

El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Málaga ha rechazado instar al alcalde, Francisco de la Torre, a que proceda de la forma «mas rápida posible» a la adopción de un modelo de municipalización del servicio de Limpieza, Recogida y Tratamiento de Residuos Sólidos Urbanos contando con los trabajadores de Limasa.

La moción urgente del PSOE ha contado con 16 votos en contra –el PP y Ciudadanos– y 15 a favor. El debate de esta moción se produce cuando se está decidiendo el futuro de Limasa, y después de que el alcalde haya dicho que se está estudiando tanto la municipalización como la privatización, contando siempre con consenso. Además, dentro del propio equipo de gobierno existen diferentes opiniones sobre la gestión del servicio.

La portavoz del PSOE en el Ayuntamiento, María del Carmen Moreno, ha insistido en que los socialistas «siempre» han defendido la municipalización «como la única solución posible a la mala gestión que se ha producido en estos años».

Por otro lado, las cinco mociones que presentaban PSOE, Málaga Ahora, Ciudadanos, Málaga para la Gente y el edil no adscrito Juanjo Espinosa que pedían, en todos los casos, el relevo del jefe de Bomberos, José Cruz, por la pérdida de confianza de la plantilla han salido adelante.

En este caso concreto el PP se ha quedado solo y la oposición ha acordado por 18 votos a favor y 13 en contra la petición de que Cruz sea sustituido en su puesto.
