Andalucía cambiará su reglamento de VPO para impedir la venta a ‘fondos buitre’-Málaga24h

El consejero de Vivienda y Fomento, Felipe López, ha trasladado al Observatorio Andaluz de la Vivienda la reforma del reglamento de vivienda protegida que su departamento va a impulsar a través de la elaboración de un decreto con el objetivo de reforzar su función social de este parque residencial y garantizar su vocación pública, además de evitar la venta de estos inmuebles a entidades con personalidad jurídica.

En declaraciones a los periodistas antes de presidir una reunión del Observatorio de la Vivienda para analizar el Plan Autonómico de Vivienda y Rehabilitación 2016-2020, el consejero apuntó que «con esta medida legislativa se quiere evitar que las viviendas públicas de viviendas puedan ser enajenadas en favor de fondos buitres, como ha ocurrido en la comunidad de Madrid».

En este sentido, el decreto de modificación de esta norma establecerá la prohibición expresa de vender viviendas del parque público a este tipo de entidades para garantizar así su función social al servicio de la ciudadanía con más dificultad para acceder a este derecho fundamental.
