PSOE pide a Fomento que no paralice más el hotel del puerto y busque el consenso – Málaga 24h TV

La portavoz socialista en el Ayuntamiento de Málaga, María del Carmen Moreno, ha anunciado que el PSOE pedirá este lunes mediante moción que el pleno inste al ministerio de Fomento que no demore más el proyecto del hotel de 5 estrellas previsto en el dique de Levante, junto a la Estación Marítima, una actuación que ya cuenta con los informes favorables del Ayuntamiento de Málaga y de la Demarcación de Costas.

Moreno ha afirmado que ya se han agilizado los trámites del Plan Especial del Puerto, tanto para el hotel de 5 estrellas como del desarrollo comercial de los muelles 3 y 4, por lo que no entiende que siga el freno, fruto del agotamiento del alcalde Francisco de la Torre y de la estrategia de echar balones fuera por parte del Gobierno del PP.

Según sus palabras, se está bloqueando el futuro de la ciudad y las inversiones pendientes en el puerto, y ha recordado que otras peticiones del PSOE que no son respaldadas por el Ejecutivo central son el soterramiento de las vías del tren al Puerto o el impulso de la conexión para el tráfico de mercancías con el Puerto de Tánger.
