The «Bankia case» will arrive next week in Congress, and parliamentary groups have begun negotiations to delimit the scope of action that will have this parliamentary inquiry commission that have requested United We and the Socialist Group. The suit was admitted by the Board of Spokespersons and will be discussed and voted in plenary on Tuesday 21, and will go ahead since even the PP has advanced that will not oppose it.

What is left now is to decide the terrain to be covered by the commission. Unidos We are committed to a broad field of action, not only to the Bankia case, addressing the possible responsibilities arising from the actions and management of financial institutions during the crisis. The deputy spokesman of Unidos Podemos, Alberto Garzón, left Tuesday clear that the intention of his group is to clarify in all its dimension «the greater looting and scam of the history of Spain», putting names and surnames of those who perpetrated it and «used The Bank of Spain and other institutions «to carry it out.

The PSOE, according to the request that registered Tuesday in the House, puts the objective mainly in Bankia. Although they are aware that it will be necessary to negotiate with the rest of the groups and insist that they do not want to create a commission thinking only of the media repercussion and the «spectacle».

The PP, which in 2012 making use of its absolute majority prevented a commission of this type from prospering, will not now oppose its creation. This was made clear on Tuesday by its parliamentary spokesman, Rafael Hernando, who emphasized the need to reach agreement on the «content, timing and objectives» so that the investigation does not «disperse».
