De la Torre destaca el «prestigio» que da a Málaga la cumbre hispano francesa – Málaga 24h TV

El alcalde de Málaga, Francisco de la Torre, ha destacado la «visibilidad mediática» en Francia y el «prestigio» para la capital malagueña a consecuencia de la celebración este lunes de la cumbre hispano francesa, que ha traído a la ciudad al jefe del Gobierno de España, Mariano Rajoy, y al presidente francés, François Hollande, así como a varios ministros de ambos países.

De la Torre, que, junto con la presidenta andaluza, Susana Díaz, ha recibido a ambos mandatarios, ha destacado las «relaciones culturales fuertes» de Málaga con el país vecino, no sólo con el Centre Pompidou, sino también con la Alianza Francesa, que organiza un festival de cine, «de los más importantes de España», y con el Liceo francés.

El regidor malagueño ha subrayado que los acuerdos que se han firmado en el marco de esta cumbre «luego se convertirán en los acuerdos de Málaga» y ha esperado que estas decisiones «tengan mucha utilidad para los dos países».

Ambos presidentes han firmado en el libro de honor en el despacho del alcalde, quien les ha entregado como obsequio una reproducción de la Casona del Parque, sede del Ayuntamiento malagueño, que ha albergado varias reuniones bilaterales entre ministros, junto con el Rectorado y el Banco de España. Tras un almuerzo en el salón de los Espejos, han visitado el Museo de la Aduana.
