Heredia (PSOE) insta al Gobierno a actuar contra el abismo salarial hombre-mujer – Málaga 24h TV –

El secretario general del PSOE de Málaga, Miguel Ángel Heredia, ha anunciado que el PSOE exigirá esta semana al Gobierno, cuando el 22 de febrero se celebra el día de la igualdad salarial, que en un plazo de seis meses, y previo diálogo social, presente un Proyecto de Ley de Igualdad Salarial entre mujeres y hombres, para garantizar de forma real y efectiva la igualdad de retribución por el desempeño del mismo trabajo, asegurando así la igualdad de género en el empleo removiendo los obstáculos que la impiden o dificultan ante el “abismo salarial” que existe en la sociedad española.

El dirigente del PSOE, que ha mantenido una reunión con las tres abogadas de la empresa malagueña DMS, especializada en fomentar el deporte en el sector femenino y aumentar la incorporación de las mujeres a las direcciones de clubes deportivos, ha hecho referencia a la brecha salarial entre hombres y mujeres, que en la provincia de Málaga es del 28%, teniendo una mujer que trabajar al año 83 días más que un hombre para ganar el mismo sueldo realizando el mismo trabajo; una diferencia que a nivel nacional se sitúa en 78 días.
