Un error deja al equipo de La La Land con la miel en los labios en los Oscar -Málaga 24h TV –

Todo el mundo habla hoy del error y del rocambolesco final de la gala de los Oscars, en la que Moonlight se erigió finalmente como ganadora del Oscar a la mejor película quitándole la gloria total en el último segundo a La ciudad de las estrellas – La La Land, a la que previamente habían proclamado como ganadora.

“¡Y el Oscar es para, La La Land, La ciudad de las estrellas!” – eso dijo Faye Dunaway y un balbuceante Warren Beatty, protagonistas de la legendaria Bonnie and Clyde, de modo que todo el equipo del musical subió al escenario para recoger el galardón. Hasta que el propio productor de la cinta, Jordan Horowitz, detuvo el festejo para dar la noticia de la gala: “¡No, es para Moonlight! ¡No es una broma!”, decía mientras enseñaba la tarjeta con la cinta ganadora.

Y así se despidió la edición número 89 de los Oscar, entre la incredulidad y la sorpresa no sólo porque el musical de Damien Chazelle no cumpliera su esperada victoria sino porque los encargados de leer el último premio se equivocaron en su anuncio.
