English:The general secretary of the PSOE of Malaga, Miguel Angel Heredia, has demanded that Rajoy follow the example of Andalusia and the Government of Susana Diaz and drive the Law of Historical Memory of 2007 approved by a socialist government.

Following the approval this week in the Andalusian Parliament of the Law of Historical and Democratic Memory, promoted by the Andalusian Government, Heredia visited this Friday the Cemetery of San Rafael with representatives of the Association of Historical Memory of Malaga.

Heredia recalled that the PP government has stopped de facto application of the Law of Historical Memory, «has kept it in a drawer» and left it without budgetary endowment.

Heredia has explained that the Socialists have registered a proposal of law in the Congress of Deputies so that it is donated budgetaryly and revitalises this law.

In particular, the socialists claim the PP government a boost for this law by recovering the budget allocations frozen during the last five years of Rajoy’s government.
