Francia concluye que Opel no cometió fraude en las emisiones contaminantes – Málaga 24h TV

Los servicios antifraude franceses concluyeron que el fabricante alemán Opel no contravino la reglamentación en materia de emisiones de gases contaminantes en sus vehículos comercializados en el país. Así lo indicó este lunes el Ministerio de Economía, del que depende ese organismo.
Según este departamento, la investigación sobre las emisiones de gases contaminantes relativa a Opel se cerró «sin que los elementos reunidos y analizados hayan evidenciado hechos constitutivos de infracción o engaño». Esas investigaciones, encargadas a la Dirección General de la Competencia, el Consumo y la Represión de Fraudes, se inscriben dentro de un análisis global de los coches comercializados en Francia tras las revelaciones de fraude de Volkswagen en Estados Unidos.El Ministerio de Economía señaló que las investigaciones relativas a otros fabricantes siguen en curso.
