Fernández de Kirchner irá a juicio oral por el caso ‘dólar futuro’ – Málaga 24h TV

El juez federal Claudio Bonadío ha ordenado abrir juicio oral contra la ex presidenta argentina Cristina Fernández de Kirchner por el caso ‘dólar futuro’, en el que se investiga un fraude a la administración pública por asegurar el valor de venta de la divisa.
Bonadío ha dado por concluidas las pesquisas, que han durado más de un año, al considerar que hay indicios de que la líder izquierdista cometió un delito de «administración fraudulenta en perjuicio de la administración pública», con una pena de hasta seis años de cárcel.
Fernández de Kirchner compartirá banquillo con otras 14 personas, todos con los mismos cargos, entre ellos su ex ministro de Economía y el ex presidente del Banco Central de la República Argentina, según informa la prensa argentina.
Bonadío ha rechazado así las peticiones planteadas por nueve imputados, entre los que no está la ex dirigente, para que las indagaciones continuaran.
