La Mesa de la Asamblea admite a trámite la moción de censura contra el presidente murciano

La Mesa de la Asamblea Regional ha admitido este lunes a trámite la moción de censura que registró el viernes el PSOE contra el presidente de la Comunidad de Murcia, Pedro Antonio Sánchez.

La presidenta del Parlamento regional, Rosa Peñalver, ha informado tras la reunión de la Mesa que se ha admitido a trámite la moción de censura y que se va a enviar una comunicación al presidente del Gobierno regional vía correo postal y correo electrónico.En ese documento se informa al Consejo de Gobierno que, según lo dispuesto en el artículo 163.3 apartado 4, la Mesa de la Cámara ha admitido a trámite una moción de censura para retirar la confianza del presidente y del Consejo de Gobierno de la Región de Murcia suscrito por los 13 diputados del Grupo Parlamentario Socialista.
A partir de este momento comienza a contar el plazo de tramitación de la moción de censura. Los grupos disponen de dos días, en concreto hasta el miércoles, a las 12.00 horas, para registrar en la Asamblea Regional mociones alternativas.

En caso de que algún grupo registre una moción alternativa, la Mesa se volvería a reunir ese mismo miércoles, a las 12.30 horas, para estudiar su admisión a trámite, mientras que la Junta de Portavoces se reunirá a la 13.00 horas, que será el órgano encargado de ordenar los días para debatir la moción de censura. El Reglamento de la Asamblea establece que el debate se realizará dos días sucesivos.

The Rules of Procedure of the Assembly establishes that the debate will be held two successive days.
