El presidente del Gobierno, Mariano Rajoy, ha ofrecido este domingo al Govern diálogo sobre todos los problemas de los catalanes pero en ningún caso de asuntos que supongan incumplir la ley como sería la convocatoria de un referéndum de independencia.

Lo ha dicho en la clausura del decimocuarto congreso que el PP catalán ha celebrado este fin de semana en el hotel Hesperia Tower de L’Hospitalet de Llobregat y que ha proclamado a Xavier García Albiol nuevo presidente de los populares de Catalunya.

Ha detallado que la posición del Gobierno es «un ‘sí’ rotundo al diálogo con todos» pero sin aceptar imposiciones, monólogos, contratos o adhesiones para sortear la ley con un referéndum que, según ha detallado, sólo se contempla en las constituciones de Etiopía y de las antiguas Yugoslavia y Unión Soviética.

Rajoy quiere hablar de «todos los temas» que puedan resolver los problemas de los catalanes, como la situación de las infraestructuras, la financiación autonómica, los servicios públicos y el empleo, es decir, de la práctica totalidad de las 46 demandas que le trasladó el presidente del Govern, Carles Puigdemont.
