El cuerpo de Ignacio Echeverría llega a España y recibe la Gran Cruz del Mérito Civil
El cuerpo de Ignacio Echeverría ya está en España: ha llegado poco antes de las 5 de la tarde de este sábado al aeródromo militar de Torrejón de Ardoz para ser enterrado en Las Rozas de Madrid, donde vive su familia. El cadáver del fallecido en el atentado de Londres del pasado 3 de junio ha sido recibido en el aeródromo por el presidente del Gobierno, Mariano Rajoy, quien ha entregado a la familia del difunto la Gran Cruz del Mérito Civil que ha sido concedida a Echeverría a título póstumo.
El entierro tendrá lugar a las 13 horas de este domingo en el cementerio de Las Rozas y el funeral, el lunes a las 13 horas en la Parroquia del Corpus Christi de la localidad. La hermana también avanza que el próximo fin de semana harán un funeral de recuerdo por su hermano.
Este sábado se ha conocido que la causa de la muerte de Echeverría fue una herida producida por una puñalada en la espalda, según consta en el certificado de defunción.
