Maza, sobre convocatoria de referéndum en Cataluña: «Si se incumple la ley, actuaremos sin complejo»

El fiscal general del Estado, José Manuel Maza, ha afirmado este viernes que la Fiscalía actuará «sin ningún tipo de complejo» contra la Generalitat de Cataluña si entiende que la convocatoria del referéndum que anunció el presidente catalán, Carles Puigdemont, para el próximo 1 de octubre «incumple la ley».

Así lo ha manifestado durante su intervención en un desayuno informativo organizado por Nueva Economía Fórum al ser preguntado sobre si llegado el momento el Ministerio Público actuará «con toda energía», contra los 4.500 agentes voluntarios que, según el gobierno catalán, se necesitan para realizar la consulta soberanista.
