El PSOE anuncia que se desmarca ahora del PP y Cs y no respaldará el CETA

Hasta ahora, los socialistas tanto en el Congreso como en el Europarlamento han defendido la tramitación del tratado de LIbre Comercio con Canadá. Sin embargo, la nueva presidenta del PSOE, Cristina Narbona, ha anunciado un radical cambio de posición de su partido: «No lo vamos a apoyar», ha dicho en las redes sociales, acompañando la afirmación con el mensaje #PorUnaNuevaSocialdemocracia.

Esta misma semana, el PSOE en la Comisión de Exteriores del Congreso, había votado nuevamente junto a PP y Ciudadanos (Cs) para aprobar el dictamen del Tratado por 28 votos a favor y ocho en contra (los de Unidos Podemos y ERC), pero esta votación debe ratificarse en el Pleno.

Pero parece que no será así: la presidenta del PSOE, al ser cuestionada sobre su decisión, ha argumentado que «los acuerdos internacionales tienen que redefinirse para no concentrar más poder en las grandes corporaciones a costa de derechos».

Precisamente en las últimas horas desde Podemos se han lanzado varios mensajes públicos en los que se dejaba patente que la postura que finalmente adoptase el PSOE respecto al CETA podría ser «un paso» que acerque los acuerdos entre ambas formaciones políticas.
