Acuerdo para que los autónomos cobren el 100% de su pensión si contratan al menos un empleado

El PP, Ciudadanos, PDeCAT y PNV han acordado incluir en la proposición de ley de Reformas Urgentes del Trabajo Autónomo que tramita el Congreso una enmienda para permitir la compatibilización del trabajo y el cobro del 100% de la pensión siempre que el autónomo tenga contratado, como mínimo, a otro trabajador por cuenta ajena.

Según han informado fuentes parlamentarias, esta medida se ha incorporado a la proposición de ley en la fase de ponencia.

La iniciativa se debatirá en la Comisión de Empleo del próximo jueves, 29 de julio, donde los grupos prevén aprobarla y remitirla al Senado para que continúe allí su tramitación.

Otras de las medidas incorporadas en este acuerdo, que no incluye ni al PSOE ni a Unidos Podemos, incrementa la protección social de los autónomos, extendiendo las bonificaciones del 100% de la base de cotización para los autónomos durante las bajas de maternidad, paternidad, adopción, acogida y riesgo durante el embarazo o lactancia, sin necesidad de que tenga que ser sustituido por otro trabajador.
