Hasta 80 bomberos forestales del Infoca combaten de noche el incendio de Moguer

Los bomberos continúan combatiendo el incendio que se originó en la tarde-noche de este sábado en el término municipal de Moguer (en Huelva), y que ha llegado al Espacio Natural de Doñana.

80 bomberos forestales, cinco agentes de medio ambiente, siete vehículos autobomba, una Unidad Móvil de Meteorología y Transmisiones y una Unidad Avanzada de Análisis y Seguimiento de Incendios han trabajado durante toda la pasada noche. Y ya por la mañana, más de 200 efectivos de Infoca, 15 autobombas, siete medios aéreos, maquinaria pesada y efectivos de la UME se han reincorporado a los trabajos.

El Ministerio de Agricultura y Pesca, Alimentación y Medio Ambiente ha activado el protocolo de evacuación del centro de cría en cautividad del lince ibérico ‘El Acebuche’, y se ha llevado a cabo el desalojo del personal, de los linces y de los vehículos.

Las carreteras que unen el núcleo poblacional de Matalascañas con Mazagón y con El Rocío han quedado ya reabiertas para facilitar la salida.

La presidenta de la Junta de Andalucía, Susana Díaz, que este domingo ha visitado el Puesto de Mando Avanzado ubicado en Mazagón, ha definido desde su cuenta de Twitter como un «día duro» el de esta jornada, y ha agradecido la labor de todos «los efectivos terrestres siguen trabajando en la extinción del incendio».

También el ministro del Interior, Juan Ignacio Zoido, ha visitado la zona afectada junto a la ministra de Empleo y Seguridad Social, Fátima Báñez, y el delegado del Gobierno en Andalucía, Antonio Sanz.
