El Estado Islámico anuncia la muerte de Al Baghdadi
El grupo terrorista Estado Islámico ha anunciado este martes la muerte de su líder, Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi, y ya ha nombrado a su sucesor.
El Estado Islámico publicó una breve declaración en distintos medios del distrito de Tal Afar, al oeste de Mosul, en la que confirma la muerte de su líder sin precisar más detalles.
Los yihadistas, además, instaron a sus partidarios a continuar con la lucha para mantener «la estabilidad en los bastiones» del Estado Islámico.
El anuncio se esperaba después de que hace dos días levantaran la prohibición de hablar públicamente sobre la muerte de Al Baghdadi.
Ya el pasado 16 de junio, medios rusos informaron que el Ministerio de Defensa de Rusia estaba investigando información recibida sobre el supuesto fallecimiento del líder de Daesh, que habría ocurrido tras un ataque de la Fuerza Aérea rusa cerca de Raqa.
El líder del grupo extremista islámico habría muerto el 28 de mayo mientras mantenía una reunión en una zona al sur de la ciudad siria.

The Islamic State terrorist group has announced on Tuesday the death of its leader, Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi, and has already named his successor.
The Islamic State issued a brief statement in various media outlets in Tal Afar district, west of Mosul, confirming the death of its leader without further details.
The jihadists further urged their supporters to continue the struggle to maintain «stability in the bastions» of the Islamic State.
The announcement was expected after two days ago lifted the ban on public speaking about the death of Al Baghdadi.
Already on June 16, Russian media reported that the Russian Defense Ministry was investigating information received on the alleged death of the Daesh leader, which would have occurred following an attack by the Russian Air Force near Raqa.
The leader of the Islamic extremist group would have died on May 28 while holding a meeting in an area south of the Syrian city.
