Diputación destina 950.000 euros a subvenciones en materia Cooperación Internacional y Tercer Sector

El Boletín Oficial de la Provincia ha publicado las convocatorias para 2017 en materia de Cooperación Internacional y Tercer Sector de la Diputación de Málaga, que este año supondrán un importe total de 950.000 euros. Más de la mitad, 550.000 euros, se dedicarán a la puesta en marcha de actuaciones de atención a la ciudadanía en la provincia, y el resto (400.000) para proyectos de desarrollo, ayuda humanitaria y sensibilización y educación para zonas subdesarrolladas.

El diputado de Participación y Cooperación Internacional, Félix Lozano, ha destacado que «dar un impulso a las asociaciones y entidades de las provincia es un paso más para alcanzar desde la institución un equilibrio territorial, facilitando el bienestar de la población y especialmente de los más vulnerables, por lo que conscientes de las necesidades actuales de la ciudadanía, se ha creado esta nueva convocatoria de subvenciones para el tercer sector».

Asimismo, en materia de cooperación internacional Lozano ha recordado que se ha ampliado en 100.000 euros la convocatoria con respecto al año anterior ya que contribuir a proyectos de asociaciones y entidades de la provincia que desarrollan proyectos fuera del territorio español es uno de los objetivos de esta legislatura.

English:The Official Gazette of the Province has published the calls for 2017 in matters of International Cooperation and Third Sector of the Diputación de Málaga, which this year will involve a total amount of 950,000 euros. More than half, 550,000 euros, will be dedicated to the implementation of actions to assist citizens in the province, and the rest (400,000) for development projects, humanitarian aid and awareness and education for underdeveloped areas.

Likewise, in terms of international cooperation Lozano recalled that the call has been extended in 100,000 euros with respect to the previous year and to contribute to projects of associations and entities of the province that develop projects outside the Spanish territory is one of the objectives of this legislature.
