El Grupo Municipal Socialista presenta una oficina para reclamar casos de plusvalías por herencia

El Grupo Municipal Socialista en el Ayuntamiento de Málaga ha presentado una oficina para que los malagueños puedan reclamar las plusvalías por herencia que le han sido cobradas por abusivas.

El portavoz socialista, Daniel Pérez, ha explicado que “el Ayuntamiento, gobernado por el Partido Popular, poco a poco está rectificando ante la presión social, pero por el momento solo lo hace mediante parches en lugar de eliminando el criterio de convivencia para acceder a las bonificaciones de las plusvalías”.

Pérez ha recordado que la nueva oficina se ubicará en la Agrupación Socialista de Bailen-Miraflores, con la finalidad de reunir el mayor número de casos de plusvalías abusivas e injustas, y guiar los pasos que deben seguir para tener una respuesta por parte de la administración.
