La compraventa de viviendas crece un 24,3% en noviembre con 8.457 operaciones

La compraventa de viviendas ha aumentado en Andalucía un 24,3 por ciento en noviembre respecto al mismo mes de 2016. Se han vendido un total de 8.457 inmuebles, según los datos difundidos este jueves por el Instituto Nacional de Estadística. A nivel nacional, la compraventa de viviendas también se ha incrementado un 18,1 por ciento, hasta un total de 40.579 operaciones.

Andalucía ha vuelto a ser la comunidad que encabezó el número de compraventa de viviendas en el penúltimo mes del año, seguida de Cataluña y la Comunidad Valenciana. En la región se han intercambiado 128 viviendas por cada 100.000 habitantes.
