Detienen a profesor por abusar durante más de tres años de una alumna menor de edad

La Guardia Civil ha detenido en la provincia de Málaga a un profesor de un centro educativo acusado de un delito de abusos sexuales de manera continuada durante más de tres años hacia una menor, alumna del mismo centro y que tenía 12 años cuando comenzaron los hechos. La autoridad judicial ha decretado su ingreso en prisión incondicional.

La investigación se inició tras la denuncia de la madre de la menor la cual manifestó que su hija había sufrido abusos sexuales continuados por parte de su tutor, según ha informado la Guardia Civil en un comunicado.

Los agentes exploraron a la menor y, desde el primer momento, dieron credibilidad a su relato gracias a la riqueza y amplitud de datos descriptivos que aportó sobre las circunstancias en las que se cometieron los abusos, por lo que comenzaron a practicar las diversas investigaciones y gestiones para identificar al docente.
