Tres detenidos de una red que cultivaba marihuana en una finca en la Axarquía

La Guardia Civil, en la denominada operación Danaxa, dentro de las actuaciones contra la lucha del cultivo, elaboración y distribución de marihuana, ha desarticulado una organización criminal internacional dedicada al cultivo de esta sustancia en la que han sido detenidas tres personas. El primer detenido, encargado del mantenimiento y vigilancia de la plantación, intentó destruir parte de la producción de marihuana quemándola en una chimenea de la casa, sin llegar a conseguirlo debido a la rápida actuación de los agentes. Continuando la investigación, han sido localizados y detenidos los otros dos integrantes de la organización a los que se le imputan los delitos de Pertenencia a Organización Criminal, Contra la Salud Pública y Defraudación de Fluido Eléctrico. En la vivienda, han sido incautadas 400 plantas de marihuana, entre otros materiales para el cultivo de esta sustancia.

The first detainee, in charge of the maintenance and surveillance of the plantation, tried to destroy part of the marijuana production by burning it in a chimney of the house, without getting it due to the quick action of the agents.
