PSOE pide ayudas realistas para el IBI ante el modelo actual de bonificaciones

El PSOE en el Ayuntamiento de Málaga ha pedido la concesión de ayudas realistas para afrontar el pago del Impuesto sobre Bienes Inmuebles en tanto que el actual sistema es deficitario y apenas las bonificaciones apenas benefician al 1 por ciento de la población malagueña.

El portavoz municipal socialista, Daniel Pérez, ha explicado que “es necesario ampliar la horquilla de bonificaciones hasta el 75% y utilizar como baremos el valor catastral de la vivienda.
