Pérez exije a De la Torre la cesión de la Lex Flavia al Gobierno

El PSOE en el Ayuntamiento de Málaga va a llevar una moción al Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la que va a pedir a De la Torre que abandone su actitud partidista y exija la cesión al gobierno central de la Lex Flavia Malacitana que actualmente se encuentran para que pueda ser expuesta de manera temporal en el Museo de Málaga.

El portavoz municipal socialista, Daniel Pérez, ha explicado que en diciembre de 2016 el Grupo Socialista en el Congreso de los Diputados junto con el Colegio de Abogados de Málaga registraron una Proposición No de Ley para que la Lex Flavia Malacitana se expusiera en el Museo de la Aduana.

Y ahora han tenido conocimiento de la negativa del gobierno de Rajoy a cederlas de manera temporal.

Según palabras de Pérez, el PP tiene que dejar de tirar balones fuera y asumir el compromiso que los malagueños le están exigiendo.

El responsable socialista ha anunciado una moción para que todos los partidos pidan la cesión de la Lex Flavia para su exposición.

Pérez confía en no tener que emprender una batalla legal como se han visto obligados en el Ayuntamiento oscense de Sijena para recuperar los bienes de su patrimonio histórico.

According to Pérez, the PP has to stop throwing balls out and assume the commitment that the people of Malaga are demanding.

The socialist leader has announced a motion for all parties to request the transfer of the Lex Flavia for exhibition.

Perez is confident that he will not have to undertake a legal battle as they have been forced in the Huesca city council of Sijena to recover the assets of his historical heritage.
