El número de viviendas visadas en Málaga crece un 15,5 por ciento en el primer trimestre de 2018

El número de viviendas visadas en la provincia de Málaga durante el primer trimestre de 2018 ha aumentado un 15,5 por ciento con respecto al mismo periodo del año anterior, según los datos del Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Málaga.

De esta manera, han contabilizado un total de 1.614 unidades visadas, una cifra que han considerado como «el mejor dato» de los últimos cuatro años en estos meses, además de «ligeramente superior» a las proyectadas en el primer trimestre de 2017, cuando se registraron 1.397.

El mes con más viviendas proyectadas ha sido enero, con 621; seguido de febrero, con 542; y marzo, con 451.

De igual modo, según las estadísticas del Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Málaga, de enero a marzo de 2018 se tramitaron 236 proyectos con un presupuesto de 206 millones de euros.

Del total de unidades visadas, 388 corresponden a viviendas unifamiliares, con un importe de 70,8 millones de euros; y 1.224 son plurifamiliares, con un presupuesto de 134,6 millones euros.

En cuanto a los municipios con mayor número de viviendas proyectadas, han destacado en un comunicado Málaga, Marbella, Benahavís, Estepona y Casares.
