José Carlos Aguilera gana el tercer Premio Miramar del Colegio de Abogados y la Fundación Alcántara

El letrado José Carlos Aguilera Escobar se ha hecho con la tercera edición del Premio Miramar que organizan el Colegio de Abogados de Málaga y la Fundación Alcántara con un artículo titulado ‘El honor de los inocentes’.

El decano de los abogados malagueños, Francisco Javier Lara, y el presidente de la Fundación, Antonio Pedraza, han dado a conocer este miércoles el fallo del jurado, en el que también han participado la poetisa malagueña María Victoria Atencia y la presidenta de la Corporación Tecnológica de Andalucía, Adelaida de la Calle.
Aguilera hace referencia en su artículo a los derechos fundamentales al honor, a la intimidad y la propia imagen de una persona a la que se le atribuye la comisión de algún delito y que no siempre se encuentran satisfactoriamente protegidos.

Por su parte, el decano del Colegio de Abogados, Francisco Javier Lara, ha subrayado «la alta calidad» de los trabajos presentados, que han llegado de diferentes puntos del país, «con lo que este certamen se está consolidando como un referente no sólo en la provincia de Málaga, sino que está dando un salto cualitativo importante».

El Premio Miramar nació con el objetivo de estimular la creación literaria de contenido jurídico y dar mayor visibilidad al tratamiento de los temas legales que habitualmente aparecen en los medios de comunicación.
