Francia, Reino Unido y Alemania respetarán el acuerdo nuclear con Irán al margen de EEUU

Francia, Reino Unido y Alemania respetarán el acuerdo nuclear firmado en 2015 con Irán independiente de la decisión que adopte al respecto el Gobierno de Estados Unidos, según ha asegurado este lunes el ministro de Exteriores francés, Jean-Yves Le Drian.

Por su parte, su homólogo alemán, Heiko Maas, ha señalado que Berlín no ve motivos para salirse del acuerdo, al tiempo que ha subrayado que las autoridades alemanas «siguen creyendo que este acuerdo hace el mundo un lugar más seguro».

El presidente de Irán, Hasán Rohani, ha reiterado que su Gobierno «no busca» hacerse con armas nucleares, al tiempo que ha dicho que las afirmaciones en este sentido son «propaganda».

Rohani ha afirmado que «existe un acuerdo que Irán ha respetado, según la Agencia Internacional de la Energía Atómica» y ha añadido que «el Gobierno de Estados Unidos es uno de los firmantes».
