Abogados esperan que acabe pronto la instrucción del caso Gabriel, pendiente del informe forense

Las partes personadas en las causa penal que se sigue contra Ana Julia Quezada por la muerte violenta del niño de ocho años Gabriel Cruz en la pedanía de Las Hortichuelas de Níjar, en Almería, han coincidido en que el final de la instrucción está cerca ya que se está a la espera de que se incorpore al procedimiento el «informe final de autopsia» del menor y no habrá nuevas diligencias.

A la salida de la Ciudad de la Justicia este jueves, el abogado que ejerce la acusación particular de los padres de Gabriel, Patricia y Ángel, indicó que el procedimiento «debería estar ya un poco más avanzado, apuntando a juicio» y consideró que se podría «ir un poco más rápido» en aras de mitigar el «dolor diario y palpable» de sus patrocinados.

En la misma línea se manifestó la abogada de la defensa de la autora confesa de la muerte, quien aseguró a preguntas de los periodistas que «no» se va a dilatar «mucho» el fin de la instrucción que daría lugar al inicio de esa fase intermedia del procedimiento.
