Mercedes Alaya: «PSOE y PP me quitaron por miedo a que investigara los cursos de formación»

La jueza Mercedes Alaya, que fue instructora de los casos ERE, Mercasevilla o los cursos de formación, ha asegurado que PSOE y PP votaron en el Consejo General del Poder judicial «apartarla» de las macrocausas porque había «miedo» a que siguiera investigando los cursos de formación, donde se habían encontrado hechos «sumamente graves».

Así se ha pronunciado Mercedes Alaya en una entrevista que publica este lunes el diario ABC, donde tras ser preguntada sobre el hecho de que se queje de que la apartaran de las macrocausas cuando fue ella quien pidió irse del Juzgado de Instrucción 6 para ocupar una plaza en la Audiencia Provincial, afirma que el presidente de la Audiencia Provincial o los vocales mayoritarios del CGPJ querían que acabara de instruir las macrocausas, dado el conocimiento adquirido después de cuatro años investigando asuntos tan extremadamente complicados.

Añade que ese compromiso se mantuvo en todo momento, incluso después de haber accedido a la Audiencia, de manera que tendría la comisión de servicios en el Juzgado de Instrucción 6, pero se llevó la «sorpresa» de que todo fue «un burdo engaño porque tanto los vocales del PP como los del PSOE en el CGPJ votaron unánimemente, con el informe favorable del TSJA», para que ella no siguiera con la investigación de dichos procedimientos.
