El tribunal de los ERE no secunda la huelga pese a compartir los motivos

Como les hemos contado los jueces y fiscales han hecho este martes huelga tras meses de negociaciones para reclamar reivindicaciones laborales y la independencia judicial y la autonomía del Ministerio Fiscal. Los magistrados titulares del tribunal que juzga el caso de los ERE irregulares expresan que comparten plenamente los motivos de la huelga de jueces y fiscales pero ellos no realizarán ningún paron.

Este martes los jueces y fiscales de España van a la huelga. Pero no todos. Juan Antonio Calle, Pilar Llorente y Encarnación Gómez Caselles, son los magistrados del tribunal que juzga el caso de los ERE irregulares en Andalucía. Ellos no secundan la huelga. Así se ha expresado el presidente del tribunal que ha querido aclarar que comparten los motivos de la huelga como acción de protesta por la situación de las carreras fiscal y judicial, pero dadas las, según sus palabras, «peculiarísimas circunstancias» del juicio que celebran y de las vicisitudes habidas en el desarrollo de la vista oral, no irán a la huelga.

Este tribunal ha sido especialmente celoso con el fin de evitar suspensiones y dilaciones. Los magistrados han ponderado, por un lado, su derecho y, de otro, las circunstancias indicadas.

Recordemos que el tribunal ha hecho por tres veces llamamientos a las partes para que no hicieran preguntas «irrelevantes» para sus intereses con el fin de evitar alargar «innecesariamente» el juicio.
