Trump cancela la cumbre con Kim por su «hostilidad»

El presidente de Estados Unidos, Donald Trump, traslada por carta al dirigente de Corea del Norte, Kim Jong Un, que considera «inapropiado» seguir adelante con la cumbre prevista para el 12 de junio en Singapur por «hostilidad» con la que considera que ha actuado en los últimos días el líder norcoreano.

La Casa Blanca ha difundido la misiva en la que se recoge que la cumbre no tendrá lugar en textualmente detrimento del mundo pero por el bien de las dos partes. El presidente norteamericano vuelve a deslizar la posibilidad de un acción militar. Trump no rechaza verse en un futuro con Kim e incluso le ha instado al lider norcoreano a comunicarse si cambia de idea sobre la celebración de dicho encuentro. Para el mandatario norteamericano, el mundo, y Corea del Norte en particular, ha perdido una gran oportunidad para la paz duradera y la prosperidad.
