Las ejecuciones hipotecarias sobre viviendas habituales bajan un 49% hasta marzo

El número de ejecuciones hipotecarias sobre viviendas habituales se ha situado en el primer trimestre en Andalucía en 1.358, lo que supone un 48,9 por ciento menos que en el mismo periodo del año pasado.

Andalucía ha sido la región que registró el mayor número de ejecuciones sobre viviendas, seguida de Cataluña y Comunidad Valenciana.

Las ejecuciones hipotecarias sobre viviendas nuevas han caído un 28,6 por ciento, hasta las 324; mientras que las realizadas sobre viviendas de segunda mano han descendido un 53,14 por ciento, hasta las 1.034.

A nivel nacional, el número de ejecuciones hipotecarias sobre viviendas habituales se situó en 2.027 en el primer trimestre, cifra un 3,6 por ciento inferior a la del trimestre anterior y un 53,3 por ciento por debajo de la del mismo periodo de 2017.
