El teatro romano de Málaga se convierte en uno de los ejes del verano cultural gracias a la programación de la sexta edición del Festival de los Teatros Romanos de Andalucía, que incluye este año como novedad el primer Ciclo Flamenco Patrimonio.
El Festival de los Teatros Romanos de Andalucía vuelve un año más a Málaga, y en su sexta edición dedicará una semana al flamenco para después dar paso al ciclo grecolatino.
El consejero de Cultura, Miguel Ángel Vázquez, ha destacado el deseo del Gobierno andaluz de unir nuestro Patrimonio Histórico con el Patrimonio Inmaterial de la Humanidad.
Entre julio y primeros de agosto se programarán 22 representaciones, seis de ellas de flamenco, con tres estrenos nacionales y uno andaluz.
En este I Ciclo Flamenco Patrimonio, abre la agenda Carrete el 1 de julio con su espectáculo “El triunfo de Baco” y la cierra del 1 al 4 de agosto Rafael Amargo con el estreno de Dionisio Desnudo, además de otros artistas como Rocío Bazán y Rocío Segura, Daniel Casares, Antonio Rey o Víctor Bravo.
En el apartado grecorromano del Festival destaca todo un clásico del teatro, Rafael Álvarez El Brujo.
