El juicio de los ERE superará esta semana con más interventores el medio centenar de testigos

El juicio que celebra la Sección Primera de la Audiencia Provincial de Sevilla contra 22 ex altos cargos de la Junta, entre ellos los expresidentes Manuel Chaves y José Antonio Griñán, por el caso de los ERE fraudulentos superará esta semana el medio centenar de testigos, lo que supone un tercio de los 150 previstos para la fase testifical, más los doce peritos.

La sesión número 75 de la vista oral se abría este lunes con el interrogatorio a Carlos González Laguillo, exinterventor de la Junta y el ex interventor delegado en la Consejería de Empleo Ramón Gutiérrez de la Chica.

Les siguen el martes la ex interventora provincial de la Junta Victoria López Gutiérrez y la declaración de Juan Luque, quien fuera interventor delegado de la Consejería de Empleo entre 2008 y 2013.

Para el miércoles será el turno de dos abogados Abelardo Bracho Arcos y César Girón. Por último, ya en la sesión de tarde del miércoles está previsto que declare la abogada Alicia Ruiz de Castro.
