El portavoz municipal y candidato socialista a la Alcaldía de Málaga, Daniel Pérez, ha criticado la intención mostrada por parte del alcalde de no querer respetar esos derechos con el paso de los años y sus diferentes convenios y que han sido confirmados en reiteradas sentencias judiciales.
El candidato socialista exige que los 12 millones de ahorro en Limasa se invierta en plantilla y flota.
La concejala socialista responsable del Área de Medio Ambiente, Begoña Medina, ha insistido en que es fundamental consensuar con el resto de grupos municipales las personas que se encargarán del proceso de liquidación de la actual LIMASA III para que sea un proceso totalmente transparente.
Según palabras de Medina no se puede aceptar por más tiempo la actitud completamente indolente del gobierno del Partido Popular respecto a LIMASA, repartiendo las culpas por la falta de limpieza entre ciudadanía y trabajadores de este servicio en lugar de asumir los errores cometidos en la gestión.
