Jiménez Barrios, Mar Moreno y Antonio Ávila, citados como testigos en el juicio de los ERE

La Sección Primera de la Audiencia Provincial de Sevilla, que juzga a 22 ex altos cargos de la Junta, entre ellos los expresidentes Manuel Chaves y José Antonio Griñán, por el caso de los ERE irregulares entre los años 2001 y 2010 ha citado para esta semana a 16 testigos, entre los que se encuentran el vicepresidente de la Junta, Manuel Jiménez Barrios, y los exconsejeros Mar Moreno y Antonio Ávila.

El vicepresidente de la Junta de Andalucía Manuel Jiménez Barrios y los exconsejeros Mar Moreno y Antonio Ávila, acudirán esta semana a la Audiencia provincial de Sevilla como testigos en el juicio que juzga a los 22 ex altos cargos de la Junta por el caso de los Expedientes de Regulación de Empleo.

Según ha informado el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Andalucía, la Sala, presidida por el magistrado Juan Antonio Calle Peña, ha citado a declarar esta semana a 16 testigos.

Ante el retraso acumulado en el juicio, el tribunal decidió ampliar en una sesión más, en este caso la tarde del lunes, las sesiones semanales de la vista oral, quedando fijadas jornadas de mañana y tarde el lunes y el miércoles y de mañana sólo los martes.
