Consejeros de la Junta de Andalucía visitan la Feria de Málaga

Los consejeros de Empleo, Javier Carnero ,de Turismo y Deporte, Javier Fernández, y el de Cultura, Miguel Ángel Vázquez, acompañados por el delegado de la Junta de Andalucía en Málaga, José Luis Ruiz Espejo, y el candidato a la alcaldía de Málaga, Dani Pérez, y más miembros del PSOE, visitan la Feria de Málaga. El consejero de empleo, Javier Carnero, ha destacado la importancia de la feria como un escaparate de Málaga y toda Andalucía

El consejero de Turismo y Deporte, Francisco Javier Fernández, en la visita a la Feria del Centro, ha insistido en que hace falta una regulación estatal sobre las viviendas turísticas con el objetivo de poner las mismas condiciones para este tipo de inmuebles en España y éstas tengan un control fiscal.

Andalucía cuenta con casi 40.000 viviendas registradas en Andalucía que, según el consejero, cumplen con unos parámetros de calidad que se exigen desde la administración andaluza en base a sus competencias.

El consejero ha destacado la importancia de la reunión prevista para septiembre, convocada por la ministra de Turismo, con el objetivo de tratar la regulación de las viviendas turísticas a nivel nacional, después de las impugnaciones de las normativas que algunos ayuntamientos han aprobado por su cuenta.
