El número de hipotecas constituidas sobre viviendas ha aumentado en Andalucía un 2,6 por ciento en el sexto mes del año respecto al mismo periodo del año anterior y ha subido un 0,2 por ciento en la variación mensual, hasta las 5.765 operaciones en total.
Las hipotecas sobre viviendas en Andalucía suben un 2,6% en junio hasta las 5.765 operaciones.
De esta manera se coloca como la segunda comunidad con mayor número de viviendas hipotecadas, solo por detrás de la Comunidad de Madrid, con 6.399 hipotecas sobre viviendas, según la estadística de hipotecas publicada este viernes por el Instituto Nacional de Estadística.
El capital prestado en estas hipotecas supera los 586,8 millones de euros, un 5,1 por ciento más que hace un año y un 0,4 por ciento más que el mes anterior.
El total de fincas hipotecadas asciende en junio a 7.831, por un valor de 809 millones de euros.
De ellas, 7.466 fueron urbanas y 365, fincas rústicas.
