El PSOE en el Ayuntamiento forzará al alcalde a comparecer sobre Urbanismo
El PSOE en el Ayuntamiento de Málaga obligará al alcalde Francisco de la Torre a rendir cuentas ante las acusaciones de injerencias y presiones para hacer la vista gorda denunciadas por ex responsables de inspección urbanística en la última sesión de la Comisión de investigación sobre expedientes urbanísticos.
El PSOE obligará al alcalde Francisco de la Torre a comparecer en un pleno extraordinario donde se elevará al Ministerio Fiscal las irregularidades de la Gerencia Municipal de Urbanismo.
Según Pérez, se han escuchado declaraciones muy graves y, por dignidad e higiene democrática, el PSOE va a solicitar que el pleno pida el cese de sus funciones en la Junta de Gobierno Local y sus delegaciones de los concejales Populares Porras y Pomares, así como del Gerente de Urbanismo, por supuesta inducción a delito y prevaricación continuada.
El PSOE ha pedido el apoyo al resto de grupos políticos para llevar el asunto a la Fiscalía.
