Peritos de Griñán culpan a la Intervención de no controlar ayudas de ERE

Los peritos propuestos por la defensa del ex director general de Presupuestos Antonio Lozano y el expresidente de la Junta José Antonio Griñán, han culpado a la Intervención General de Andalucía de no controlar las subvenciones sociolaborales así como tampoco de actuar ante posibles irregularidades.

Así lo señalaron en la sesión de tarde de este miércoles del juicio que celebra la Sección Primera de la Audiencia Provincial de Sevilla contra 22 ex altos cargos de la Junta por el procedimiento específico por el que concedían las ayudas sociolaborales a trabajadores y directas a empresas en crisis en los ERE entre los años 2001 y 2010.

Con anterioridad, Ángel Turrión, jefe del equipo de peritos de la Intervención General de la Administración del Estado, señaló que si no existe una tramitación de expediente de gasto es imposible que un acto administrativo sea fiscalizado por los interventores.

Previously, Angel Turrión, head of the team of experts of the General Comptroller of the State Administration, pointed out that if there is no processing of the expense file it is impossible for an administrative act to be audited by the auditors.
