Se le impuso una reducción de jornada sin haberla solicitado

Un juez de Málaga ha dictaminado contra la Consejería de Educación de la Junta de Andalucía, anulando una resolución por la que se impuso una reducción de jornada a un profesor de Latín del Instituto de educacion secundaria Sierra Bermeja. Una reducción que se aplicó sin haberla solicitado él y con carácter previo. También condena a la Administración autonómica en costas por «mala fe procesal». En la sentencia, que es firme y no admite recurso, el magistrado declara la nulidad de la resolución de la Junta por ser contraria a derecho.
