Preocupación de los taxistas andaluces por el aumento de los VTC

La Federación Andaluza de Autónomos del Taxi ha mostrado este martes la preocupación del colectivo por el notable aumento de los vehículos de alquiler con conductor (VTC) y, en concreto, por la llegada de Uber a Sevilla y su próximo desembarco en Córdoba y Granada.

Desde la Federación Andaluza de Autónomos del Taxi aseguran que aunque no es una sorpresa la noticia de la llegada de Uber a Sevilla, no es gratificante y han advertido del rebosamiento de los VTC, que crecen hasta llegar a uno por cada taxi.

Denuncian que se están concentrado en capitales como Madrid y Barcelona, y en Andalucía en la Costa del Sol, pero estas no son capaces de soportar este crecimiento y tienen que expandirse.

No hay sitio en los focos en los que se habían centrado y ahora acuden a capitales más pequeñas, como Córdoba y Granada.

De aquí, según estiman, crecerán hasta llegar a poblaciones de unos 100.000 habitantes, como pueden ser Huelva y Almería.

La Federación del Taxi ha llamado la atención que a falta de que este viernes el Gobierno central anuncie las medidas para la regulación de los VTC, a fecha de hoy no ha pasado un borrador del Real Decreto a las organizaciones.
