Airbnb elimina de su oferta 18.000 viviendas turísticas andaluzas por no estar registradas

El gigante del alquiler vacacional Airbnb sólo anunciará en Andalucía desde esta semana viviendas turísticas que cumplan la normativa de la región y dispongan del número de registro que así lo acredita.

Airbnb sólo publicará inmuebles en Andalucía inscritos en Turismo desde el pasado lunes.

Este proceso ha supuesto que la plataforma ha eliminado de su oferta en los destinos andaluces 18.000 anuncios de pisos destinados a viajeros, dejando reducida la comunidad de Airbnb en la región a 40.800.

Esta criba supone un importante golpe a la oferta ilegal que ahora deja de tener cabida en el mayor escaparate del alquiler vacacional.

Sólo en la provincia de Málaga, las últimas cifras elevaban a 24.342 los pisos alquilados a turistas, que sumaban 127.218 plazas.
