La compraventa de viviendas ha aumentado en Andalucía un 12,2 por ciento durante el mes de agosto, tras intercambiarse un total de 9.141 inmuebles, según datos del Instituto Nacional de Estadística.

Según los datos de la Estadística de Transmisiones de Derechos de la Propiedad del INE, Andalucía fue la comunidad que encabezó el número de compraventa de viviendas en agosto.

En Andalucía, la compraventa de viviendas libres ha subido un 10,2 por ciento en tasa interanual, hasta los 8.142 inmuebles, mientras que la de viviendas con protección afectó a 999 residencias, lo que supone un aumento del 30,7 por ciento respecto al año anterior.

A este respecto, Andalucía sigue siendo la comunidad con mayor número de compraventas de vivienda libre y también en compraventas de VPO de toda España.

Por su parte, el número de operaciones de compraventa sobre viviendas nuevas ha aumentado en agosto un 15,4 por ciento, con la transmisión de 1.744 inmuebles, mientras que las transacciones de viviendas usadas han subido un 11,4 por ciento en relación con el mismo mes del pasado año, hasta 7.397 transacciones.
