La presidenta de la Junta, Susana Díaz, ha valorado el trabajo de los profesionales de la abogacía que forman parte del turno de oficio para ofrecer «justicia gratuita y en igualdad».
En la inauguración del 14º Congreso Jurídico de la Abogacía que organiza el Colegio de Abogados de Málaga en el Palacio de Ferias y Congresos, la jefa del Ejecutivo andaluz Susana Díaz ha destacado que casi la mitad de los colegiados ofrecen de una forma u otra servicios de justicia gratuita y que son 300.000 los andaluces y andaluzas que acceden a la justicia a través del turno de oficio.
La jefa del Ejecutivo andaluz, Susana Díaz, ha inaugurado este jueves el décimo cuarto Congreso Jurídico de la Abogacía malagueña, acto en el que han participado, entre otros, el decano del Colegio de Abogados de Málaga, Francisco Javier de Lara, el presidente de la Audiencia Nacional, José Ramón Navarro Miranda, el presidente del Consejo Andaluz de Colegios de Abogados, José Pascual Pozo o el vicepresidente de la Diputación de Málaga, Francisco Salado.
La presidenta, que ha recordado que la dotación del Gobierno andaluz se sitúa ya en 43,8 millones de euros, un 17,4% más que al inicio de la legislatura, ha apuntado que a partir del próximo trimestre el periodo de pago, que ahora se sitúa en 90 días, se va a reducir a 45 días desde que se presente la certificación.
El decano del Colegio de Abogados de Málaga, Francisco Javier de Lara, ha reconocido el esfuerzo que ha hecho la Junta de Andalucía con la Justicia en Málaga aunque ha reclamado mejoras.
El vicepresidente de la Diputación, Francisco Salado, ha destacado la estrecha colaboración de la institución supramunicipal con el Colegio de Abogados.
Más de 1.700 profesionales se dan cita este jueves y viernes en el Palacio de Ferias y Congresos de Málaga donde se tratan de la mano de los mejores ponentes de cada disciplina asuntos de plena actualidad.
