Las hipotecas sobre viviendas suben un 1,6% en agosto hasta las 5.984 operaciones.

De esta manera, se coloca como la primera comunidad con mayor número de viviendas hipotecadas, según la estadística de hipotecas publicada por el Instituto Nacional de Estadística.

El capital prestado en estas hipotecas supera los 645,3 millones de euros, un 28,3 por ciento más que hace un año y un 13,7 por ciento más que el mes anterior.

El total de fincas hipotecadas asciende en agosto a 8.468, por un valor de un millón de euros. De ellas, 8.047 fueron urbanas y 421, fincas rústicas.
