César Román, conocido como ‘El Rey del Cachopo’, se ha negado a declarar durante su comparecencia ante la juez, por el crimen de su novia. Román sí ha manifestado en los pasillos que es «inocente» y que «no ha matado a nadie», tras concluir la breve comparecencia. La juez aún no ha determinado si la calificación jurídica es homicidio doloso o asesinato, según ha comentado el letrado defensor. Una de los principales indicios incriminatorios sería el testimonio del taxista que trasladó el pasado 5 de agosto supuestamente a Román a la nave de Usera donde se halló la maleta con los restos de la novia en el interior. El conductor habría confirmado a la Policía que el hombre trasladaba una maleta muy pesada de unos 60 kilos.
