Detenidos cuatro jóvenes y un menor en Paterna del Río, en Almería, acusados de matar a un hombre de un disparo de escopeta de caza y ocultar su cuerpo en una cuneta. Los hechos se producían cerca a la vivienda alquilada en la que supuestamente entró el fallecido para asaltar una plantación de marihuana que custodiaban. Los agentes sólo pudieron hallar restos de plantas y útiles de cultivo sin que se diera con todo el estupefaciente. Los arrestados presuntamente se deshicieron del cuerpo tras arrojarlo por un terraplén y limpiaron la escena del crimen con lejía y amoníaco. Según las pesquisas policiales, también se habrían desecho de la marihuana. El juez decretaba el ingreso en prisión de los dos primeros detenidos, entre ellos al autor material del disparo, mientras que la Fiscalía de Menores también ordenó el internamiento preventivo del menor implicado en los hechos. Las dos últimas detenciones por este caso tuvieron lugar en El Ejido y Berja, donde los supuestos implicados permanecieron ocultos con familiares.
