Noticia – Cuatro detenidos por detención ilegal y torturas a un menor encontrado herido en La Línea

La Policía Nacional ha detenido en La Línea de la Concepción, en Cádiz, a cuatro personas, dos de las cuales ya han ingresado en prisión, por su presunta vinculación con la detención ilegal, durante varios días, de un menor de edad al que habrían sometido a continuas torturas. La víctima fue encontrada en la calle herida grave. A tres de los arrestados, miembros de una misma familia, se les imputa los presuntos delitos de tentativa de homicidio, detención ilegal, lesiones y robo con fuerza. Existe un cuarto acusado, menor de edad, a quien se le investiga como presunto autor de un delito de omisión del deber de impedir delitos. Según ha informado la Policía, el menor de origen marroquí fue agredido y acabó con lesiones de importancia supuestamente como venganza por ser el presunto autor de varios robos en domicilio.

As reported by the police, the child of Moroccan origin was attacked and ended with injuries of importance supposedly as revenge for being the alleged perpetrator of several robberies at home.
